Validator-oriented prior for geomean(CRPS, MASE) + KOTH LCB:

• weather/web heavy: calendar, trend×seasonal, multiplicative, web_traffic
• long-range kept (regime / integrated / AR2 / GP) for 4096 context
• scipy lfilter + chunk=512 + fixed-length path (throughput under stream_cpu)
• mild de-trended excursions + scale diversity

Numpy + scipy, deterministic. Redeploy to pick up a new Hub digest.
