Prior: v5 long-range mix + weekly demand (0.08) from dasadas_v18 — the mix that dethroned the king on real GIFT-Eval (+10.4%). Weather weight is 0 (v16's weather=0.45 starved seasonal mass on multi-domain pools).

Speed: numba AR/SETAR/chaotic/hold, _CHUNK=512, fixed-length 4096, rff_gp K=24. Quality: broad seasonal periods (7/96/144/…), demand family, restored TSA+mult+LR.
