A NumPy/SciPy full-context mixture-of-priors generator. Derived from the public cascade-fullctx-spectral-v12 lineage; retains its 14-family dynamics-heavy mixture, streaming/prefetch design, and determinism contract, and adds a distribution-alignment post-pass on signed families.
